Production Department
Loghman Pharmaceutical Company is ready to face the most difficult challenges of drug production by using modern machines in its production lines, in sync with the world's latest technology, and the persistence of expert forces. This has enabled it to bring products such as general solids, oral and injectable cephalosporin, injectable penem, oral penicillin, antibiotic solids, oral liquids, injection liquid vials, injection cartridges and ampoules to mass production.
More than 170 active and professional human resources are working in different parts of this department with the aim of utilizing knowledge and making collective commitment to help the increasing progress of the country's pharmaceutical industry.
Research and Development Department (R&D)
Loghman Pharmaceutical Company offers more than 130 types of drugs in the forms of tablets, capsules, vials, cartridges, ampoules, syrups, suspensions, sachets, ointments, and other forms of drugs in both antibiotic and non-antibiotic groups to meet the various treatment needs of patients in different parts of the country.
These products have been developed by expert chemists and pharmacists based on extensive research and scientific evidence to lead the country's pharmaceutical industry to independence with the highest level of effectiveness.
This department regularly revises new formulations and new treatment approaches to improve the efficiency of its products and to update the product list, responding to the needs of our dear compatriots for foreign drugs inside the country.
Quality Control Laboratories Department
The expert team of Loghman Pharmaceutical Company consists of experienced pharmacists, researchers and quality control specialists who have used all their strength to provide products with the highest quality standards and extraordinary effectiveness, so that the name of Loghman reminds consumers of the quality and efficiency of the products.
This department includes the raw material, in-process quality control, finished products and microbiological labs, and it applies strict standards in compliance with international pharmacopoeia. As a result, safe, effective and high quality products will be offered to the market.
Quality Assurance Department
The QA department in Loghman Pharmaceutical Company is established with the objective of implementing systems and processes that ensure products consistently meet or exceed established quality standards. It encompasses activities such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality management systems, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance is the cornerstone of regulatory compliance in Loghman Pharmaceutical Company. The department is responsible for establishing and maintaining systems that guarantee compliance with these regulations, through processes such as:
- Validation of facilities (e.g. water generation systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, nitrogen generators)
- Qualification of production equipment
- Cleaning validation in production lines
- Implementation of risk management
- Creation, updating and control of retained documents
- Change control management
- Managing non-conformance cycles and implementing Corrective or Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Internal audits based on pharmaceutical standards (GMP) and the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Process validation of products
- Calibration of precision instruments and control / monitoring systems
- Product quality review
- Process management, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring their effectiveness
Commercial Department
This department serves as the main pillar of Loghman Pharmaceutical and Hygienic Company in procuring raw materials, excipients, machinery and equipment required for the factory. The unit consists of two sections:
Domestic Commerce
This section plays a crucial role in advancing the production goals of the factory. It involves precise market identification and analysis within the domestic market for sourcing raw materials, machinery, components and necessary supplies, and evaluates qualified suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality products at reasonable prices.
Foreign Commerce
This section maintains continuous communication with the Iran Food and Drug Organization, the Ministry of Commerce, the Central Bank, the operational banks and customs authorities to obtain licenses and source up-to-date raw materials, excipients, machinery and equipment, and is always negotiating with reputable international suppliers.
